GIGATRONICS 80701A 18 GHz Modulated Power Sensor

The Giga-tronics 80701A 18 GHz Modulated Power Sensor operating with the 8650A power meter, provides system bandwidth up to 10 MHz to measure the peak and average power of wide band, third-generation CDMA signals over an 80 dB range. Measurement Capabilities. CW Power Level: –64 to +20 dBm. Amplitude Modulation Rate, Power Range: fm <= 10 MHz, –60 to +20 dBm. Two-Tone Maximum Separation Between Carriers: –60 to +20 dBm (<= 10 MHz), –60 to -20 dBm (> 10 MHz). Pulse Modulation: > 100 µs Pulse Width. Frequency Range/Power Range: 50 MHz to 18 GHz (–64 to +20 dBm, CW), 250 MHz to 18 GHz (–60 to +20 dBm, Modulation). Maximum Power: +23 dBm (200 mW). Power Linearity Frequency >8 GHz: ±0.00 dB (–60 to –20 dBm), ±0.05 dB/10 dB (–20 to +20 dBm). Power Linearity Frequency < 500 MHz: ±0.00 dB (–60 to –20 dBm), ±0.05 dB/10 dB (–20 to +20 dBm).
