INSTEK GDM-8034 3 1/2 Digit Digital Multimeter

The Instek GDM-8034 Digital Multimeter has a large 0.5" LCD with 3 1/2 digits. It's built-in functions are AC/DC Voltage, AC/DC Current, Resistance, Capacitance, Diode Test, and an Audible Continuity Beeper. Specifications. DC Voltage range: 200 mV, 2 V, 20 V, 200 V, 1000 V. DC Voltage range accuracy: +/- 0.5% of reading + 1 digit. AC Voltage range (40 - 500 Hz): 200 mV, 2 V, 20 V, 200 V, 1000 V. AC Voltage range accuracy: +/- 1% of reading + 4 digit. Resistance range: 200 ohm, 2 K, 20 K, 200 K-ohm, 2 M, 20 M-ohm. DC Current range: 200 uA, 2 mA, 20 mA, 200 mA, 2 A, 20 A. AC Current range (40 - 500 Hz): 200 uA, 2 mA, 20 mA, 200 mA, 2 A, 20 A. Clipping is the limiting of a signal so that it never exceeds some threshold.

Line Regulation
Line regulation is the capability to maintain a constant output voltage level on the output channel of a power supply despite changes to the input voltage level.

Peak Envelope Power
Peak envelope power is the maximum value of the envelope power. Envelope power is measured by making the averaging time much less than 1/fm where fm is the maximum frequency component of the modulation waveform. The averaging time is therefore limited on both ends: (1) it must be small compared to the period of the highest modulation frequency, and (2) it must be large enough to be many RF cycles long.
