   KEITHLEY 164   Description / Specification:
KEITHLEY 164 3 1/2 Digit Digital Multimeter

3.5 Digit Digital Voltmeter: Measures voltage, current, and resistance. In the DMM mode, the 164 offers seven dc voltage ranges (from 1mV to 1000V), eight dc current ranges (from 0.1nA to 2A), and eight resistance ranges (from 0.1ohm to 2000Mohms). It also provides five additional resistance ranges for measurements requiring resolution to 10mohms. Four-terminal measurement technique minimizes the effects of lead and contact resistance in low-resistance measurements.

Standard Calibration $180.00 *
