TEKTRONIX 5A26 Dual Differential Amplifier Plug-in

Dual Differential plug-in amplifier for use in any 5000 Series mainframe. Bandwidth - Dc Coupled: Dc to at least 1 MHz. Ac Coupled: 2 Hz or less to at least 1 MHz. Bandwidth may be limited to 10 kHz. Deflection Factor - Calibrated: 50 uV/div to 5 V/div in 16 steps (1-2-5 sequence). Accuracy is within 2%. Uncalibrated: Variable is continuous between steps to at least 12.5 V/div. Input R and C - 1 M-ohm within 0.15% paralleled by ~47 pF. Maximum Input Gate Current - 100 pA or less (equivalent to 100 uV or less, depending on external loading) at +25°C. Displayed Noise - 30 uV or less, tangentially measured. Common-Mode Rejection Ratio - Ac Coupled : 50 uV/div to 50 mV/div, at least 20,000:1 at 5 kHz and above, decreasing to 2000:1 at 60 Hz. Dc Coupled: At least 100,000:1, dc to 30 kHz from 50 uV/div to 50 mV/div with up to 20 V p-p sinewave. From 100 mV/div to 5 V/div, At least 300:1 from dc to 30 kHz with up to 100 V p-p sinewave

Linearity
Linearity is the relative difference between the displayed power ratio, Dx/D0, and the actual (true) power ratio Px/P0 caused by changing the displayed power level from the reference level, D0, to an arbitrary displayed level, Dx.

Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
