TEKTRONIX 7A26 Dual-trace Amplifier Plug-in

The Tektronix 7A26 is a dual-trace amplifier that provides a bandwidth of 200 MHz in the 7900- and 7100-Series mainframes. Bandwidth is constant over the entire range of deflection sensitivities of 5 mV to 5 V/div. Bandwidth may be limited to 20 MHz to reduce displayed noise in lower-frequency applications. Is a basic building block for 3- or 4-trace operation. It features constant bandwidth for all deflection factors, 5 operating modes (CH 1, CH 2, ALT, CHOP, ADD), trigger source selection (CH 1, CH 2, MODE), and color-keyed control groupings. Polarity of Channel 2 is selectable. Bandwidth may be set at FULL or limited to 20 MHz for low-frequency applications. Deflection Factor - 5 mV/div to 5 V/div in 10 calibrated steps (1-2-5 sequence). Accuracy is within 2% with gain adjusted at 10 mV/div. Uncalibrated VARIABLE is continuous between steps to at least 12.5 V/div. Maximum Input Voltage - Dc-coupled: 250 V (dc + peak ac); ac component 500 V p-p maximum, 1 kHz or less. Ac-coupled: 500 V (dc + peak ac); ac component 500 V p-p maximum, 1 kHz or less. Common Mode Rejection Ratio (ADD, Ch 1 Invert) - At least 10:1. dc to 50 MHz.

*This is a Web introductory price for one calibration of the TEKTRONIX 7A26. Price does not in most cases include measurement performance data. Pricing does include NIST traceable calibration and issue of a calibration certificate and calibration label. Pricing may vary slightly due to volume and location of laboratory supporting calibration. Volume pricing may apply. On-site fees may apply depending on logistics, location and volume of work to be completed during the visit.

dBm
dBm (sometimes dBmW) is an abbreviation for the power ratio in decibels (dB) of the measured power referenced to one milliwatt (mW). Zero dBm equals one milliwatt. A 3 dB increase represents roughly doubling the power, a 3 dB decrease, the power is reduced by about one half.

Millimeter-wave
Millimeter-wave is a term that generally refers to frequencies of 26.5 GHz and above. That is where signal wavelengths fall below approximately 10 mm, and thus the terminology changes from centimeters to millimeters.

Power Repeatability
Power Repeatability is the random uncertainty in reproducing the power level after changing and re-setting the power level. The power repeatability is ± half the span (in dB) between the highest and lowest actual power. Note: - The long-term power repeatability can be obtained by taken the power repeatability and power stability into account.

Stability
Stability is the extent to which a specified property, characteristic, or parameter of a substance, device, or apparatus, remains fixed with the passage of time or with varying environmental conditions.
