BK PRECISION 325 AC/DC True RMS Power Clamp Meter

The B&K Precision 325 AC/DC True RMS Power Clamp Meter provides safe, non-invasive measurements of up to 400KW, 400 Amps AC (± 2%+10 dgt), and measures up to 600 Volts AC (±1%+10 dgt), and up to 600 Volts DC (±1.5%+10 dgt) utilizing the a pair of standard test leads. It provides the ability to measure up to 4000 ohms of resistance (±1%+5 dgt) and 40 ohms of audible continuity. The unit’s Data Hold feature allows the user to freeze the LCD display reading. Other features include a front panel 3-3/4 digit LCD display, automatic range selection, over-range and low battery indicators, automatic power off after 30 minutes, and a maximum jaw opening of 1.37” inches (35mm). Clipping
Clipping is the limiting of a signal so that it never exceeds some threshold.

Line Regulation
Line regulation is the capability to maintain a constant output voltage level on the output channel of a power supply despite changes to the input voltage level.

Peak Envelope Power
Peak envelope power is the maximum value of the envelope power. Envelope power is measured by making the averaging time much less than 1/fm where fm is the maximum frequency component of the modulation waveform. The averaging time is therefore limited on both ends: (1) it must be small compared to the period of the highest modulation frequency, and (2) it must be large enough to be many RF cycles long.
