BK PRECISION 9120A 32V 3A Single Output Programmable DC Power Supply

The BK Precision 9120A is a Single Output Programmable laboratory grade DC Power Supply. It is designed to meet the needs of today’s applications in R&D design verification, production testing or university labs that require clean and reliable power, high resolution and accuracy and fast transient response time. The numeric keys and rotary knob provide a convenient interface for setting output levels quickly and precisely. Voltage and Current can be set to a maximum resolution of 0.5mV and 0.1mA respectively. Up to 50 parameters can be stored and recalled from internal memory. The 9120A power supply can be remotely controlled from any PC with USB or RS232 interface. Specifications. Output Voltage: 0 – 32 V. Output Current: 0 – 3 A. Load Regulation Voltage (±(%of output+offset)): <0.01%+2mV. Load Regulation Current (±(%of output+offset)): <0.05%+1mA. Line Regulation Voltage (±(%of output+offset)): <0.01%+1mV. Line Regulation Current (±(%of output+offset)): <0.05%+0.1mA. Programming Resolution Voltage: 0.5 mV. Programming Resolution Current: 0.1 mA. Readback/ Meter resolution Voltage: 0.1 mV. Front panel setting resolution: 0.5 mV, 0.1 mA. Ripple & Noise (20Hz ~20MHz): <= 4mVp-p, <= 3 mArms. Transient Response: < 150 µs for output to recover to within 75 mV following a change from 100 mA to 1 A. DVM Accuracy: 0.02% + 2 mV (0~12V range), 0.02% + 3 mV (0~40V range). State Storage Memory: 50 user configurable memory locations.

Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
