BK PRECISION 9122A 60V 2.5A Single Output Programmable DC Power Supply

The BK Precision 9122A is a Single Output Programmable laboratory grade DC Power Supply. It is designed to meet the needs of today’s applications in R&D design verification, production testing or university labs that require clean and reliable power, high resolution and accuracy and fast transient response time. The numeric keys and rotary knob provide a convenient interface for setting output levels quickly and precisely. Voltage and Current can be set to a maximum resolution of 0.5mV and 0.1mA respectively. Up to 50 parameters can be stored and recalled from internal memory. The 9122A power supply can be remotely controlled from any PC with USB or RS232 interface. Specifications. Output Voltage: 0 – 60 V. Output Current: 0 – 2.5 A. Load Regulation Voltage (±(%of output+offset)): <0.01%+2mV. Load Regulation Current (±(%of output+offset)): <0.05% + 0.5 mA. Line Regulation Voltage (±(%of output+offset)): <0.01% + 2 mV. Line Regulation Current (±(%of output+offset)): <0.05% + 0.05 mA. Programming Resolution Voltage: 1 mV. Programming Resolution Current: 0.1 mA. Readback/ Meter resolution: 0.5 mV, 0.05 mA. Front panel setting resolution: 1 mV, 0.1 mA. Ripple & Noise (20Hz ~20MHz): <= 5 mVp-p, <= 3 mArms. Transient Response: < 150 µs for output to recover to within 75 mV following a change from 100 mA to 1 A. DVM Accuracy: 0.02% + 2 mV (0~12V range), 0.02% + 3 mV (0~40V range). State Storage Memory: 50 user configurable memory locations.

dBm
dBm (sometimes dBmW) is an abbreviation for the power ratio in decibels (dB) of the measured power referenced to one milliwatt (mW). Zero dBm equals one milliwatt. A 3 dB increase represents roughly doubling the power, a 3 dB decrease, the power is reduced by about one half.

Millimeter-wave
Millimeter-wave is a term that generally refers to frequencies of 26.5 GHz and above. That is where signal wavelengths fall below approximately 10 mm, and thus the terminology changes from centimeters to millimeters.

Power Repeatability
Power Repeatability is the random uncertainty in reproducing the power level after changing and re-setting the power level. The power repeatability is ± half the span (in dB) between the highest and lowest actual power. Note: - The long-term power repeatability can be obtained by taken the power repeatability and power stability into account.

Stability
Stability is the extent to which a specified property, characteristic, or parameter of a substance, device, or apparatus, remains fixed with the passage of time or with varying environmental conditions.
