ILX LIGHTWAVE LCM-39437 1000 mA Laser Diode Driver, 12 W TEC Combination Module

The ILX Lightwave LCM-39437 Current Source/TE Controller Module is a precision laser controller (current source and temperature controller) module for use in the LDC- 3900 Modular Laser Diode Controller. The integrated laser diode current source provides up to 1A of high stability low noise current output with integrated laser diode protection circuits. Standard current source features include constant current, constant power operation modes, and analog modulation. The LCM-39437 also includes a 12W thermoelectric temperature controller that is compatible with thermistor, IC and RTD temperature sensors providing convenience and flexibility over a broad range of temperature control applications.

PDL is expressed in decibels. Calculated by; PDL = 10 log10 (Ep/Es), where EP and ES are the measured diffraction efficiencies for P- and S-plane polarized incident light, respectively.

Return Loss (RL)
Return Loss (RL) is the ratio of the incident power to the reflected power expressed in dB. RL = 10log (Pin/Pback)

Wavelength Resolution
Wavelength Resolution is the smallest possible displayed wavelength increment/decrement.
