YOKOGAWA DL1620-701605 2 Ch 200 MHz SignalExplorer Digital Oscilloscope

The Yokogawa DL1620-701605 SignalExplorer Digital Oscilloscope memory enables you to capture high-speed phenomena for the desired period of time, while providing fast sampling speeds required for reliable measurements. All-points display shows all of the data stored in long memory. This display mode shows phenomena that may be missed in a compressed waveform display. Capture Desired Data with the I2C Bus Trigger. DC to 200 MHz Bandwidth, 2 input channels. Input Coupling: 1 M-ohm AC, 1 M-ohm DC, GND. Input Impedance 1 M ohm ±1.0%, 28 pF at 1 MHz. Sensitivity: 2 mV/div to 10 V/div (in steps of 1, 2, or 5). Sweep Time: 2 ns/div to 800 s/div (varies depends on memory length). Maximum Sampling Rate During real-time sampling: 200 MS/s. Maximum Record Length: 8 M ohm /ch (in single trigger mode), 1 M ohm /ch (in other modes). Display, 6.4-inch TFT color liquid crystal display. RS232 standard, USB/Ethernet/GP-IB optional

Crest Factor
Crest factor or peak-to-average ratio (PAR) is a measurement of a waveform, calculated from the peak amplitude of the waveform divided by the RMS value of the waveform

Linearity
Linearity is the relative difference between the displayed power ratio, Dx/D0, and the actual (true) power ratio Px/P0 caused by changing the displayed power level from the reference level, D0, to an arbitrary displayed level, Dx.

Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
