KEITHLEY 2602A Dual-Channel System Source Meter

Dual-channel System SourceMeter Instrument. Combines a precision power supply, true current source, DMM (DCV, DCI, ohms, and power with 5½-digit resolution), arbitrary waveform generator, V or I pulse generator with measurement, electronic load (with sink mode capability), and trigger controller in one instrument. Current arbitrary waveforms maximum output update rates: 12,500 samples/second. Voltage arbitrary waveforms maximum output update rates: 20,000 samples/second. Voltage source range 100.000 mV (5 µV) to 40.000 V (500 µV). Current source range 100.000 nA (1pA) to 10.000 A (100 µA), 10A range accessible only in pulse mode.
