The ILX Lightwave LPA-9074B Laser Diode Pararneter Analyzer tests laser diodes/LEDs operating from 0 to 3000. It can generate L/I, V/I, L/lm and dL/dl parametric data with 16-bit resolution in 10 seconds or less. Up to 10 sets of data can be compiled and presented in both graphical and tabular form.
