JDSU MAPB+1E1550FA0 Optical Broadband Source (BBS) MAP

The JDSU MAPB+1E1550FA0 is a Multiple Application Platform (MAP) Broadband Source (BBS) Cassette. It combines the optical performance of the JDS Uniphase BBS benchtop instruments with the flexibility and modularity of the MAP. Utilizing the latest advances in erbium technology, the MAP BBS offers an amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) output that features flattened high power density across the C-band. The source provides high spectral stability. Operating wavelength range: 1527 to 1568 nm. Total optical power (minimum): 50mW. Spectral gain flatness (maximum): 1.6 dB. Total output power stability: 0.02 dB. Output isolation (minimum): 45 dB. Band: C-band, 1527 to 1568 nm. Connector Type: FC/APC.
