AEMC 1026 1000V Handheld Megohmmeter

The AEMC 1026 1000V Megohmmeter is a compact, lightweight, battery-operated , hand-held meter. It provides four functional tests. It is a megohmmeter, DC voltmeter, AC voltmeter, ohmmeter and a continuity tester. The AEMC 1026 tests at 250V, 500V and 1000V and measures insulation resistance from 1 kohm to 4000 Mohm. The Model 1026 also features a continuity test range with audible beeper for resistances under 40 ohm, and a 600VAC range for safety voltage check. In addition, the Model 1026 has an ohmmeter to measure from 0.1 ohm to 4000 ohms. Specifications. Test Voltage: 250V (1 kohm to 4000 Mohm), 500V (1 kohm to 4000 Mohm), 1000V (1 kohm to 4000 Mohm). Accuracy <2000 Mohm: 3% of Reading ± 5cts. Accuracy >=2000 Mohm: 5% of Reading ± 5cts. Resistance Measurement Range: Auto ranging to 4000 ohm. Resistance Measurement Resolution: 0.1 to 1 ohm. Resistance Measurement Accuracy: ±1% of Reading ± 5cts. Continuity Measurement Range: Displays and beeps below 40 ohms. Continuity Measurement Protection: 600 Vrms. AC Voltage Measurement Range: 0 to 600V. AC Voltage Accuracy: ±1.5% of Reading + 5 cts. DC Voltage Measurement Range: 0 to 600V. DC Voltage Accuracy: ±1% of Reading + 3 cts.

dBm
dBm (sometimes dBmW) is an abbreviation for the power ratio in decibels (dB) of the measured power referenced to one milliwatt (mW). Zero dBm equals one milliwatt. A 3 dB increase represents roughly doubling the power, a 3 dB decrease, the power is reduced by about one half.

Millimeter-wave
Millimeter-wave is a term that generally refers to frequencies of 26.5 GHz and above. That is where signal wavelengths fall below approximately 10 mm, and thus the terminology changes from centimeters to millimeters.

Power Repeatability
Power Repeatability is the random uncertainty in reproducing the power level after changing and re-setting the power level. The power repeatability is ± half the span (in dB) between the highest and lowest actual power. Note: - The long-term power repeatability can be obtained by taken the power repeatability and power stability into account.

Stability
Stability is the extent to which a specified property, characteristic, or parameter of a substance, device, or apparatus, remains fixed with the passage of time or with varying environmental conditions.
