YOKOGAWA 701855 High-Speed 10 Ms/s 12-Bit Isolation Module

The Yokogawa 701855 High-Speed 10 Ms/s 12-Bit Isolation Module (1 ch) is used with the DL708, DL708E and DL716 mainframes. Specifications. Input channels: 1. Input couplings: DC, AC, GND. Maximum sample rate: 10 MS/s. A/D conversion resolution 12 bit (500 LSB/div). Input format: Isolated unbalanced. Frequency characteristics (-3 dB point when sine wave of amplitude ± 3 div is input): DC to 1 MHz. Voltage-axis sensitivity setting: 5 mV/div to 20 V/div (1-2-5 steps) when using 700929 : 50 mV/div to 200 V/div (1-2-5 steps). Maximum input voltage (At 1 kHz or less): main instrument only (across input terminals H and L) 250 V(DC+ACpeak)(CAT I and II, 177 Vrms) combined with 700929 (across probe tips H and L) 850 V(DC+ACpeak)(CAT I and II, 600 Vrms). DC offset range (max) (At 1:1 probe attenuation): 5 mV/div to 50 mV/div : ± 0.5 V, 100 mV/div to 500 mV/div : ± 5 V, 1 V/div to 5 V/div : ± 50 V, 10 V/div to 20 V/div : ± 250 V. Input connector: BNC connector (isolating type). Input impedance: 1 M-ohm 1%, approx. 30pF. -3dB point for AC coupling used: 10 Hz or less(1 Hz or less when using 700929). Common mode rejection ratio: 80 dB(50/60 Hz) or more (typica). Residual noise: Larger of ± 400 mV or ± 0.06 div(typical). Withstand voltage (across input terminal and earth): 3700 VAC for 1 minute (60 Hz). Probe attenuation settings: 1:1, 10:1, 100:1 and 1000:1. Bandwidth limit: Select from OFF/500 Hz/5 kHz/ 50 kHz/ 500 kHz.

dBm
