The Amprobe 15XP-B is the right choice for electronics engineers, technicians and field service with TTL logic test for digital circuits. Data Hold freezes display to “hold” measurement reading. AC Voltage (45 Hz to 500 Hz) ranges: 200 mV (45 Hz to 100 Hz), 2 V, 20 V, 200 V, 750 V.
