The Amprobe AMB-6D MEGATEST 1000 Digital Megohmmeter Insulation Resistance Tester tests insulation of wires, cables, transformers and motors. Features. Programmable timer to perform the Dielectric Absorption Ratio Test. Automatic voltmeter warns against hazardous energized systems. Internal memory to store measurements for future reference. Data download to PC. Insulation resistance with 50 VDC test voltage: 0.01 to 99.9 M-ohm, accuracy ± 2% Rdg + 2 LSD @ 0.01-49.9M-ohm. Insulation resistance with 100 VDC test voltage: 0.01 to 199.9 M-ohm, accuracy ± 2% Rdg + 2 LSD @ 0.01-99.9M-ohm. Insulation resistance with 250 VDC test voltage: 0.01 to 499 M-ohm, accuracy ± 2% Rdg + 2 LSD @ 0.01-249M-ohm. Insulation resistance with 500 VDC test voltage: 0.01 to 999 M-ohm, accuracy ± 2% Rdg + 2 LSD @ 0.01-499M-ohm. Insulation resistance with 1000 VDC test voltage: 0.01 to 1999 M-ohm, ± 2% Rdg + 2 LSD @ 0.01-999M-ohm. Low Resistance (without timer): 0.01 to 99.9 ohm, accuracy ± 2% Rdg + 2 LSD @ 0.01-99.9ohm. Low Resistance (with timer): 0.01 to 9.99 ohm, accuracy ± 2% Rdg + 2 LSD @ 0.01-9.9ohm. Optional, USB to RS-232 Adapter.
