CHROMA 6314   Description / Specification:   Spec Sheet
CHROMA 6314 Four-slot, 1200 W Electronic Load Mainframe

The Chroma 6314 1200W electronic load mainframe accepts the user-installable 6310 series load modules for easy system configuration and fit 19" instrument rack. The 6314 holds four 63102 load modules to offer 8-channel 100W input load with standard front-panel inputs, for testing multiple output switch power supply. Additionally, GO/NG output port is useful for UUT's pass/fail judgement on automated production line. All modules on the 6314 mainframe share a common GPIB address to synchronize and speed up the control of load modules and read-back of operating data. All load modules are configured to work synchronously, and testing can be carried out simultaneously at multiple output to simulate real life application. Modules feature Max Power: 200W, 100W×2(Dual), 30W & 250W, 300W, 600W, 1200W with wide range 1-500V operating voltage.

Standard Calibration $160.00 *
*This is a Web introductory price for one calibration of the CHROMA 6314. Price does not in most cases include measurement performance data. Pricing does include NIST traceable calibration and issue of a calibration certificate and calibration label. Pricing may vary slightly due to volume and location of laboratory supporting calibration. Volume pricing may apply. On-site fees may apply depending on logistics, location and volume of work to be completed during the visit.

Available Gain
Available Gain is the ratio, at a specific frequency, of power available from the output to the power in from the source.

Decibel (dB)
A unit of measurement of power which indicates relative power. A -10 dB means a reduction in power by 10 times, -20 dB means another 10 times or 100 times overall, -30 means another 10 times or 1000 times overall and so on.

Mismatch Uncertainty
Mismatch Uncertainty is caused by re-reflections between one device (the source) and the device that follows it (the load).

Pulse Power
Pulse Power, the energy transfer rate is averaged over the pulse width. Pulse width is considered to be the time between the 50 percent risetime/falltime amplitude points. Pulse power averages out any aberrations in the pulse envelope such as overshoot or ringing.
