The Tektronix MSO70604C with 4 analog and 16 logic channels enables efficient channel-to-channel timing checks. With timing resolution of 80 ps, the MSO70604C digital acquisition system enables you to make precise timing measurements on as many as 20 channels simultaneously. Bandwidth enhancement eliminates imperfections in frequency response all the way to the probe tip. User-selectable filters for each channel provide magnitude and phase correction for more accurate representation of extremely fast signals.
