ANDO AQ-4139(155) LD Unit

The Ando AQ-4139(155) LD Plug-in is used with AQ-4137 Stabized Light Source. Specifications. Wavelength: 1550 ±30 nm. Spectral half value width: 10 nm or less. Output waveform: CW light, 270Hz chopped light (standard), 1kHz, 2kHz chopped light (option). Output level: -5 dBm. Output Level Stability against temperature: 0.3dB or less at connector output with 0.0 dB attenuation, using CW light. Output Level Stability against temperature: 1dB or less at output of a 2m-long Ando standard optical fiber, using CW light with 0.0 dB attenuation. Output Level Stability Short-term: 0.05 dB or less at output of a 2m-long Ando standard optical fiber, using CW light with 0.0 dB attenuation. External modulation: 300Hz to 100kHz (square wave), BNC connector. Optical connector: FC-PC (NTT specification): standard. Attenuation level range: Maximum 6dB (referenced to OdB point, in steps of 0.1dB).

Sidemode Suppression Ratio is the ratio of average signal power to the optical power of the highest sidemode within a distance from 0.1 to 6 GHz to the signal’s optical frequency, expressed in dB.

Wavelength Stability
Wavelength Stability is the change of wavelength during given time span, expressed as ± half the span between the maximum and the minimum of all actual wavelengths.
