BK PRECISION 1670A Triple Output DC Power Supply

The B+K Precision 1670A is a general purpose triple output DC power supply. Their main outputs are versatile constant voltage or constant current regulated power source that is variable from 0 to 30 volts and 0 to 3 amps. An indicator lights in the constant current mode, and serves as an overload indicator in the constant voltage mode. The main output voltage and current are continuously monitored by two digital LCD meters with resolution of 0.1 volt and 0.01 amp. Specifications. Number of Outputs: Three (1 variable, 2 fixed). Range: 0-30 V / 0-3 A (variable), 12 V ±5% / 500 mA (fixed), 5 V ± 5% / 500 mA (fixed). Constant Voltage Operation Line Regulation: <= 0.05% + 10 mV (main), <= 1% (fixed output). Constant Voltage Operation Load Regulation: <= 0.05% + 10 mV (main), <= 1% (fixed output). CV Ripple & Noise: <= 5 mV rms. Constant Current (CC) Adjustable Current Range: 5% to 100% (Main). CC Line Regulation: <= 0.4% + 10 mA. CC Load Regulation: <= 0.4% + 10 mA. CC Ripple & Noise: <= 10 mA rms. Display: 3-digit LCDs. Voltmeter Resolution: 0.1 V. Voltmeter Accuracy: ±(1% reading + 2 digits). Ampmeter Resolution: 0.01 A. Ampmeter Accuracy: ±(1% reading + 2 digits). Crest Factor
Crest factor or peak-to-average ratio (PAR) is a measurement of a waveform, calculated from the peak amplitude of the waveform divided by the RMS value of the waveform

Linearity
Linearity is the relative difference between the displayed power ratio, Dx/D0, and the actual (true) power ratio Px/P0 caused by changing the displayed power level from the reference level, D0, to an arbitrary displayed level, Dx.

Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
