BOONTON 57540 40 GHz Peak Power Sensor

The Boonton 57540 Peak Power Sensor is constructed using balanced diode detectors. This dual diode configuration offers increased sensitivity and harmonic suppression when compared to a single diode sensor. It is for use with models 4400, 4500, 4400A, 4500A, 4530 and 4540. Specifications. Frequency Range: 0.05 to 40 GHz. Peak Power Range(For pulse signal only): -40 to +20 dBm. CW Power Range: -50 to +20 dBm. Int. Trigger Range: -27 to +20 dBm. Overload Rating Pulse: 1 W for 1µs. Overload Rating Continuous: 200 mW. Sensor Response Fast Risetime: < 100 ns (Bandwidth 6 MHz). Sensor Response Slow Risetime: < 10 ns (Bandwidth 350 kHz). Maximum SWR: 0.05 to 4 GHz, 1.25; 4 to 38 GHz, 1.65; 38 to 40 GHz, 2.00. Impedance: 50 ohm. RF Connector: Type K (M).
