FLUKE 1623 Basic GEO Earth Ground Tester

The Fluke 1623 earth ground tester is able to measure earth ground loop resistances using only clamps. With this test method, two clamps are placed around the earth ground rod and each are connected to the tester. Specifications. Operating temperature: 0 °C to 35 °C (32 °F to 95 °F). Temperature coefficient: ± 0.1 % of reading/K. RA 3-pole ground resistance measurement (IEC 1557-5). Measuring range: 0.001 ohm to 19.99 kohm. Resolution: 0.001 ohm to 10 ohm. Intrinsic error: ± (2 % rdg + 3 d). Operating error: ± (5 % rdg + 3 d). RA 4-pole ground resistance measurement (IEC 1557-5). Measuring range: 0.001 ohm to 19.99 kohm. Phase Noise
Phase noise is the frequency domain representation of rapid, short-term, random fluctuations in the phase of a waveform, caused by time domain instabilities. Phase noise (L(f)) is typically expressed in units of dBc/Hz, representing the noise power relative to the carrier contained in a 1 Hz bandwidth centered at a certain offsets from the carrier.

Sensitivity
Sensitivity is the minimum magnitude of input signal required to produce a specified output signal having a specified signal-to-noise ratio, or other specified criteria.
