Measurement Capabilities. CW Power Level: –64 to +20 dBm. Amplitude Modulation Rate, Power Range: fm <= 10 MHz, –60 to +20 dBm. Two-Tone Maximum Separation Between Carriers: –60 to +20 dBm (<= 10 MHz), –60 to -20 dBm (> 10 MHz). Pulse Modulation: > 100 µs Pulse Width. Frequency Range/Power Range: 50 MHz to 18 GHz (–64 to +20 dBm, CW), 250 MHz to 18 GHz (–60 to +20 dBm, Modulation). Maximum Power: +23 dBm (200 mW). Power Linearity Frequency >8 GHz: ±0.00 dB (–60 to –20 dBm), ±0.05 dB/10 dB (–20 to +20 dBm). Power Linearity Frequency < 500 MHz: ±0.00 dB (–60 to –20 dBm), ±0.05 dB/10 dB (–20 to +20 dBm).
