The Agilent 81632A Power Sensor Module has excellent accuracy, high linearity and low polarization dependent loss (PDL). Measurement speed can come down to 200 µs which further optimizes the power measurements. It is for use with Agilent 8163A/B Lightwave Multimeter, Agilent 8164A/B Lightwave Measurement System, and Agilent 8166A/B Lightwave Multichannel System. specifications. Wavelength Range: 800 nm to 1650 nm. Power Range: +10 dBm to -80 dBm. Uncertainty (accuracy) at reference conditions: <±3% (1200 nm to 1630 nm). Linearity (power) at 23°C ±5°C: (CW +10 dBm to -60 dBm) <±0.02 dB ±20 pW. Power Sensor Type: (InGaAs). Options. Opt 001, ± 0.015 polarization sensitivity.
