The Agilent 81635A InGaAs Dual Optical Power Sensor Module is for use with Agilent 8163A/B Lightwave Multimeter, Agilent 8164A/B Lightwave Measurement System, and Agilent 8166A/B Lightwave Multichannel System. Specifications. Wavelength Range: 800 nm to 1650 nm. Power Range: +10 dBm to -80 dBm. Uncertainty (accuracy) at reference conditions: ±3% (1200 nm to 1630 nm). Linearity (power) at 23°C ±5°C: CW +10 dBm to -60 dBm (1200 to 1630 nm) <±0.02 dB ± 20 pW. Return loss: >40 dB. Noise (peak to peak): <20 pW. Power Sensor Type: InGaAs (dual).
