The HP 8484A High Sensitivity Thermocouple Power Sensor operates with the 435B, 436A, 437B and 438A Power Meters. and extends the input level down to - 70 dBm. This sensor uses a Low-Barrier Schottky Diode to achieve exceptional 100 P W (-70 dBm) sensitivity and low noise and drift. Because the diode is always operated in its square law region (voltage out or power in), the HP 8484A can be used to measure the true power of complex as well as CW waveforms. Specifications. Frequency Range: 10 MHz to 18 GHz. Power Range of 0.1 nW to 10 mW.
