Keysight (Agilent) U2722A 20V/120mA USB Modular Source Measure Unit

The Agilent U2722A USB Modular Source Measure Unit is a 3-channel 20V/120mA that can operate in a 4-quadrant operation. The channels could be connected in series or in parallel to achieve up to 60 V/360 mA. It uses the common non-proprietary standard high-speed USB 2.0 interface that provides ease of connectivity - allowing users to set up and configure their tests swiftly with its plug and play feature. The U2722A can function as a standalone module. It can also be used as a modular device, allowing expansion and compact solution when used with the other modules in the USB Modular Instruments and DAQ family. Specifications. Number of outputs: 3. Voltage Output: –20 V to 20 V. Current Output: –120 mA to 120 mA. Voltage programming Ranges: ±2 V, ±20 V. Voltage programming Max Resolution: 0.1 mV. Current programming Ranges: ±1 µA, ±10 µA, ±100 µA, ±1 mA, ±10 mA, ±120 mA. Current programming Max Resolution: 100 pA. Voltage readback Ranges: ±2 V, ±20 V. Voltage readback Max Resolution: 0.1 mV. Current readback Ranges: ±1 µA, ±10 µA, ±100 µA, ±1 mA, ±10 mA, ±120 mA. Current readback Max Resolution: 100 pA. Remote sense operating range: Ensure that the maximum voltage between the OUTPUT+ and SENSE+, OUTPUT–, and SENSE– does not exceed 3 V. Temperature coefficient: Maximum change in output/readback per °C after a 30-minute warm-up is 0.15. Guard output resistance: 0.2 kohm. Noise 10 Hz to 20 MHz (peak-peak): 100 mV typical into a resistive load (floating mode). Output voltage overshoot, ±(% of output + offset): During turn-on or turn-off, the output plus overshoot < 0.1% + 10 mV. Programming language: SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments). Maximum sense lead resistance: 1 M-ohm for rated accuracy.

*This is a Web introductory price for one calibration of the Keysight (Agilent) U2722A. Price does not in most cases include measurement performance data. Pricing does include NIST traceable calibration and issue of a calibration certificate and calibration label. Pricing may vary slightly due to volume and location of laboratory supporting calibration. Volume pricing may apply. On-site fees may apply depending on logistics, location and volume of work to be completed during the visit.

Clipping
Clipping is the limiting of a signal so that it never exceeds some threshold.

Line Regulation
Line regulation is the capability to maintain a constant output voltage level on the output channel of a power supply despite changes to the input voltage level.

Peak Envelope Power
Peak envelope power is the maximum value of the envelope power. Envelope power is measured by making the averaging time much less than 1/fm where fm is the maximum frequency component of the modulation waveform. The averaging time is therefore limited on both ends: (1) it must be small compared to the period of the highest modulation frequency, and (2) it must be large enough to be many RF cycles long.

RMS
RMS or root mean square is a statistical measure of the magnitude of a varying quantity
