The Agilent DSO9104A Infiniium 1.0 GHz, 4 analog channel oscilloscope is equipped with a 15” XGA display and comes in a package that is just 9” (23 cm) deep and weighs only 26 pounds (11.8 kg) to preserve your limited bench space. This scope is engineered to give you the broadest measurement capability available to meet your needs both today and in the future. Take advantage of optional integrated protocol viewers to quickly isolate physical layer issues causing errors. Analog bandwidth (–3 dB) 50 ohm: 1.0 GHz. Typical Rise Time / Fall Time 10% to 90% at 50 ohm: 253 ps. Typical Rise Time / Fall Time 20% to 80% at 50 ohm: 174 ps. Input channels: 4 analog. Input impedance: 50 ohm ± 2.5%, 1 Mohm ± 1% (11pF typical). Input sensitivity: 1 Mohm: 1 mV/div to 5 V/div, 50 ohm: 1 mV/div to 1 V/div.
