The Agilent N5222A 26.5 GHz PNA Microwave Network Analyzer features a built-in S-parameter test set, one or two synthesized sources used for device stimulus, a solid-state drive, USB interfaces, and a 10.4” LCD touch screen display. It has 50 ohm, ruggedized 3.5 mm (m) test ports. The Agilent N5222A is used to test a wide variety of passive and active devices such as filters, duplexers, amplifiers and frequency converters. The high-performance characteristics of the PNA make it an ideal solution for these types of component characterizations as well as millimeter-wave, signal integrity and materials measurements.
