Keysight (Agilent) 33511B 20 MHz, 1 Ch Arbitrary Waveform Generator

The Keysight 33511B Waveform Generator with arbitrary capability offers exclusive Trueform Technology that gives it more capability, fidelity and flexibility than traditional DDS waveform generators. It has 17 arbitrary waveforms built-in, including standard waveforms such as sine, square, ramp, PRBS and Gaussian Noise. As well as specialty waveforms: Cardiac, Haversine, and Lorentz. Built-in modulations include AM, FM, PM FSK and PWM.

Available Gain
Available Gain is the ratio, at a specific frequency, of power available from the output to the power in from the source.

Decibel (dB)
A unit of measurement of power which indicates relative power. A -10 dB means a reduction in power by 10 times, -20 dB means another 10 times or 100 times overall, -30 means another 10 times or 1000 times overall and so on.

Mismatch Uncertainty
Mismatch Uncertainty is caused by re-reflections between one device (the source) and the device that follows it (the load).

Pulse Power
Pulse Power, the energy transfer rate is averaged over the pulse width. Pulse width is considered to be the time between the 50 percent risetime/falltime amplitude points. Pulse power averages out any aberrations in the pulse envelope such as overshoot or ringing.
