Keysight (Agilent) 60504B   Description / Specification:
Keysight (Agilent) 60504B 120 A, 600 W DC Electronic Load Module

The HP 60504B dc electronic load is optimized to address a broad range of dynamic loading applications. They are specifically designed for stability in applications where fast transients are applied to the load inputs, such as during dc power supply startup characterization or transient response testing. Dynamic load performance can be further tailored to specific application needs with the programmable slew rate feature. The HP 60504B meets all specifications when operated above 3.0 V; however, the dc operating characteristics also extend below this minimum-input voltage for static tests. Because of the FET technology used in the power input circuits, HP electronic loads have a low minimum-input resistance allowing them to sink high currents even at low voltages. Specifications. Amperes: 0 to 120 A. Volts: 3 to 60 V. Maximum power (at 40° C): 600 W. Constant current mode Ranges: 0 to 12 A, 0 to 120 A. Constant current mode Accuracy: 0.12% ±130 mA. Constant current mode Regulation: 10 mA. Constant voltage mode Accuracy 0.1% ±50 mV. Constant voltage mode Regulation (w/remote sense): 20 mV. Constant resistance mode Ranges: 0.017 to 0.5 ohm, 0.5 to 500 ohms, 5 to 5,000 ohms. Transient generator Frequency range: 0.25 Hz to 10 kHz (3% Accuracy). Current readback accuracy: 0.1% ±110 mA. Power readback accuracy: 0.2% ±8 W. Ripple and noise (20-Hz to 10-MHz noise): 6 mA rms, 60 mA peak-to-peak (Current), 8 mV rms (Voltage).

dBc
dBc (decibels relative to the carrier) is the power ratio of a signal to a carrier signal, expressed in decibels. If the dBc figure is positive, then the relative signal strength is greater than the carrier signal strength. If the dBc figure is negative, then the relative signal strength is less than carrier signal strength.

Load Regulation
Load regulation is the capability to maintain a constant voltage (or current) level on the output channel of a power supply despite changes in the supply's load (such as a change in resistance value connected across the supply output).

Power Linearity
When changing the power level and measuring the differences (in dB) between actual and displayed power levels, the power linearity is ± half the span (in dB) between the maximum and the minimum value of all differences.

Settling Time
Settling time of an output device is the time elapsed from the application of an ideal instantaneous step input to the time at which the amplifier output has entered and remained within a specified error band, usually symmetrical about the final value.
