Keysight (Agilent) 6621A Dual-Output Dual-range DC System Power Supply

The Agilent 6621A Dual-Output Dual-range DC System Power Supply offers fast, low-noise outputs; built-in measurements and advanced programmable features; and protection features to ensure DUT safety. Supplemental characteristics. DC floating voltage: Output terminals can be floated up to ± 240 VDC from chassis ground. Remote sensing: Up to 1 V drop per load lead. The drop in the load leads subtracts from the voltage available for the load. Command processing time: 7 ms typical with front-panel display disabled. Output programming: Current sink limits are fixed approximately 10% higher than source limits for a given operating voltage above 2.5 V. Specifications. DC Outputs: Two, 0 to 7 V / 0 to10 A or 0 to 20 V / 0 to 4 A. Power (max): 80 W. Programming Accuracy (Voltage / Current): 0.06% + 19 mV / 0.16% + 100 mA. Readback Accuracy (Voltage / +Current / -Current): 0.05% + 20 mV / 0.1% + 20 mA / 0.2% + 50 mA. Ripple and Noise (peak-to-peak, 20 Hz to 20 MHz; rms, 20 Hz to 10 MHz); Constant voltage rms: 500 µV. peak-to-peak: 3 mV. Constant current rms: 1 mA. Load Regulation (Voltage / Current): 2 mV / 2 mA. Line Regulation (Voltage / Current): 1 mV / 1 mA. Transient response time: Less than 75 µs for the output to recover to within 75 mV of nominal value following a load change within specifications.

dBm (sometimes dBmW) is an abbreviation for the power ratio in decibels (dB) of the measured power referenced to one milliwatt (mW). Zero dBm equals one milliwatt. A 3 dB increase represents roughly doubling the power, a 3 dB decrease, the power is reduced by about one half.

Millimeter-wave is a term that generally refers to frequencies of 26.5 GHz and above. That is where signal wavelengths fall below approximately 10 mm, and thus the terminology changes from centimeters to millimeters.

Power Repeatability
Power Repeatability is the random uncertainty in reproducing the power level after changing and re-setting the power level. The power repeatability is ± half the span (in dB) between the highest and lowest actual power. Note: - The long-term power repeatability can be obtained by taken the power repeatability and power stability into account.
