Keysight (Agilent) 6623A Triple-Output Dual-range DC System Power Supply

The Agilent 6623A Triple-Output Dual-range DC System Power Supply offers fast, low-noise outputs; built-in measurements and advanced programmable features; and protection features to ensure DUT safety. Supplemental characteristics. DC floating voltage: Output terminals can be floated up to ± 240 VDC from chassis ground. Remote sensing: Up to 1 V drop per load lead. The drop in the load leads subtracts from the voltage available for the load. Command processing time: 7 ms typical with front-panel display disabled. Output programming: Current sink limits are fixed approximately 10% higher than source limits for a given operating voltage above 2.5 V. Specifications. DC Outputs: One, 0 to 7 V / 0 to 5 A or 0 to 20 V / 0 to 2 A; One, 0 to 20 V / 0 to 2 A or 0 to 50 V / 0 to 0.8 A; One, 0 to 7 V / 0 to 10 A or 0 to 20 V / 0 to 4 A. Power: 40 / 80W. Programming Accuracy (Voltage / Current): 0.06% + 19 mV (@7 / 20 V), 0.06%+ 50 mV (@20 / 50 V) / 0.16% + 50 mA (@5 / 2A), 0.16% + 20 mA (@2 / 0.8A), 0.16% + 100 mA (@10 / 4A). Readback Accuracy (Voltage / +Current / -Current): 0.05% + 20 mV (@7 / 20 V), 0.05% + 50 mV (@20 / 50 V) / 0.1% + 10 mA (@5 / 2A), 0.1% + 4 mA (@2 / 0.8A), 0.1% + 20 mA (@10 / 4A) / 0.2% + 25 mA (@5 / 2A), 0.2% + 8 mA (@2 / 0.8A), 0.2% + 50 mA (@10 / 4A). Ripple and Noise (peak-to-peak, 20 Hz to 20 MHz; rms, 20 Hz to 10 MHz); Constant voltage rms: 500 µV. peak-to-peak: 3 mV. Constant current rms: 1 mA. Load Regulation (Voltage / Current): 2 mV / 1 mA (@5 / 2A), 0.5 mA (@2 / 0.8A), 2 mA (@10 / 4A). Line Regulation (Voltage / Current): 1 mV / 1 mA. Transient response time: Less than 75 µs for the output to recover to within 75 mV of nominal value following a load change within specifications.

Averaging
Averaging is a mathematical process to reduce the variation in a measurement by summing the data points from multiple measurements and dividing by the number of points summed.

Fall Time
Fall time is the time required for the amplitude of a pulse to decrease (fall) from a specified value (usually 90 percent of the peak value exclusive of overshoot or undershoot) to another specified value (usually 10 percent of the maximum value exclusive of overshoot or undershoot).

Noise Density
Noise Density is the amount of noise within a defined bandwidth, usually normalized to 1 Hz.

Resolution Bandwidth (RBW)
Resolution Bandwidth (RBW) is the minimum bandwidth over which you can separate two signals and still see them.
