Tunable Laser module (back-loadable) fit into the Agilent 8164A, 8164B Lightwave Measurement System and the Agilent 8166A, 8166B Lightwave Multichannel System. Wavelength Range: 1370 nm to 1495 nm. Wavelength resolution: 0.1 pm, 15 MHz at 1450 nm. Max Tuning Speed: 80 nm/s (1372 nm – 1495 nm). Absolute wavelength accuracy: ±10 pm. Relative wavelength accuracy: ±5 pm, typ. ±2 pm. Wavelength repeatability: ±0.08 pm, typ. ±0.5 pm. Wavelength stability: <= ±1 pm (typ. 24 hrs at constant temp.). Output 1 (Low SSE) Power: >=-4.5 dBm peak typical; Output 1 Min. Power: -13 dBm. Polarization Dependent Loss (PDL)
Polarization Dependent Loss is the difference between the maximum and minimum values of loss due to the variation of the polarization states of light propagating through a device. PDL is expressed in decibels. Calculated by; PDL = 10 log10 (Ep/Es), where EP and ES are the measured diffraction efficiencies for P- and S-plane polarized incident light, respectively.

Return Loss (RL)
Return Loss (RL) is the ratio of the incident power to the reflected power expressed in dB. RL = 10log (Pin/Pback)

Wavelength Resolution
Wavelength Resolution is the smallest possible displayed wavelength increment/decrement.
