The Agilent 83484A electrical plug-in module for 83480A and 86100A provides two electrical measurement channels with user selectable bandwidths. The 26.5 GHz bandwidth mode provides excellent oscilloscope noise performance for accurate measurement of small signals. The 50 GHz bandwidth mode provides high fidelity display and measurement of very high-speed waveforms. Specifications. Electrical Channel Bandwidth: 26.5 and 50 GHz.
