Keysight (Agilent) E2378A 3 1/2-Digit Handheld Multimeter

The HP E2378A Digital Multimeter has a basic DCV accuracy of 0.3% and a 1 kHz bandwidth. It also adds a data hold function and a temperature function. Audible continuity and a choice of autoranging or manual ranging. The temperature function is built-in and can be used with any K-type thermocouple probe. The HP E2378A has a large 3200 count digital display (samples approx. 2 times/ sec.) with 32-segment analog bar (samples approx. 12 times / sec.). Specifications. Display count: 3200. Basic accuracy DC volts: 0.3%. Basic accuracy AC volts: 1%. Basic accuracy ohms: 0.7%. Maximum input: 1,000 V dc or 750 V ac rms. Maximum ac bandwidth: 1 kHz. DC volts Resolution/maximum reading: 100 µV / 1000 V. AC volts Resolution/maximum reading: 1 mV / 750 V. Ohms Resolution/maximum reading: 0.1 ohm / 30 M-ohm. Peak Envelope Power
Peak envelope power is the maximum value of the envelope power. Envelope power is measured by making the averaging time much less than 1/fm where fm is the maximum frequency component of the modulation waveform. The averaging time is therefore limited on both ends: (1) it must be small compared to the period of the highest modulation frequency, and (2) it must be large enough to be many RF cycles long.
