Keysight (Agilent) E3611A Single-output Dual Range CV/CC DC Power Supply

The Agilent E3611A Single-output Dual Range CV/CC Power Supply is designed for general laboratory use. The constant-voltage, constant-current output allows operation as either a voltage source or current source. The changeover occurs automatically, based on the load. This feature also provides an adjustable current limit, allowing you to set the safest current limit level for a particular DUT. Also, a CC-set button lets you set the current limit without having to short the output. The Agilent E3611A has two ranges, allowing more current at a lower voltage. For a higher-output voltage, supplies can be connected in series. Either the positive or negative terminal can be connected to ground, providing a positive or negative voltage output. Either terminal can also be floated up to 240 V from ground. Dual digital meters monitor current and voltage simultaneously. Adjustments are made with the 10-turn voltage control and the 10-turn current control. Output Range 1: 0 to 20 V, 0 to 1.5 A (30 W). Output Range 2: 0 to 35 V, 0 to 0.85 A (30 W). Load and line regulation: 0.01% +2 mV. Ripple and noise: rms 200 µV, peak-to-peak 2 mV. Resolution Voltage: 100 mV. Resolution Current: 10 mA.

Pricing does include NIST traceable calibration and issue of a calibration certificate and calibration label. Pricing may vary slightly due to volume and location of laboratory supporting calibration. Volume pricing may apply. On-site fees may apply depending on logistics, location and volume of work to be completed during the visit.

Channel Bandwidth
Channel Bandwidth is the bandwidth over which power is measured. This is usually the bandwidth in which almost all of the power of a signal is contained.

Jitter
Jitter in technical terms is the deviation in or displacement of some aspect of the pulses in a high-frequency digital signal. Jitter is the time variation of a periodic signal in electronics and telecommunications, often in relation to a reference clock source. Jitter may be observed in characteristics such as the frequency of successive pulses, the signal amplitude, or phase of periodic signals. Jitter is a significant, and usually undesired, factor in the design of almost all communications links (e.g., USB, PCI-e, SATA, OC-48). In clock recovery applications it is called timing jitter.

Overshoot
Overshoot is the distortion that follows a major transition; the difference between the peak power point and the pulse-top amplitude computed as a percentage of the pulse-top amplitude.

Rise Time
Rise time refers to the time required for a signal to change from a specified low value to a specified high value, usually 10 and 90 percent of pulse-top amplitude (vertical display is linear power).
